We also require a valid referral letter to be sent into us either by post, email, fax or in person.
Under Medicare rules, you need a valid referral from either a GP or specialist in order to be eligible for a Medicare rebate.
Telehealth / Phone / Online appointments
It is possible to schedule some appointments via telehealth, in particular for patients living in remote or regional areas.
Please contact the rooms directly to arrange this.
Cost
At Colorectal SA we understand the sacrifice many patients make to maintain private health insurance. We do not wish to detract from the excellence of your treatment by adding unceretainty of cost. While a modest gap is charged for consultations and procedures, at Colorectal SA we operate an open financial disclosure policy, ensuring you will never get any nasty gap surprises – that’s our ethical obligation and commitment to you.
